PURPOSE: A heating device is provided to improve heating efficiency and to simplify construction and repairing work by forming the heating device using a rectangular heat conducting pipe and a lightweight member. CONSTITUTION: A heating pipe, a hot water pipe or a heating wire passes through a rectangular-shaped pipe(100). A solid filler having high thermal conductivity and heat accumulating characteristic is provided around the heating wire. When heat generated from the heating wire heats the solid filler, the rectangular-shaped pipe(100) around the heating wire is also heated. The rectangular-shaped pipe(100) is made of metal having high thermal conductivity, such as aluminum. The heating pipe is inclined with respect to the rectangular-shaped pipe(100), but the hot water pipe and the heating wire pass parallel through the rectangular-shaped pipe(100). A lightweight member(200), having an air layer therein, is positioned between the rectangular-shaped pipes(100).
