PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a shared taxi as desired by a user only by applying for a desired shared taxi condition. SOLUTION: In the case a user terminal 5 applies for a shared taxi through a network 2, a mediation management server 1 refers to a shared taxi management database 13 to discriminate whether to match desired shared taxi conditions of users with each other. In such a case, if the desired shared taxi conditions of the users with each other are, for instance, 'females only' or 'persons of about the same age only', only when the desired shared taxi conditions match the condition, a decision is made that a shared taxi is established, and each user terminal 5 is notified to the effect that the shared taxi is established. |
