PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector 10, having a structure capable of floating the connector 10 and positioning a contact connecting part 22, using the simple structure without increasing the number of components. SOLUTION: In this connector 10, composed of a contact 14 composed of a contact part 32 contacted to a mating contact, a fixed part 34 fixed to a block 12 and a connecting part 22 connected to a board, and the block 12 on which the desired number of contacts 14 are held and fixed, an elastic part 20 meandered at least once or more is mounted between the fixed part 34 of the contact 14 and the connection part 22, and an approximately box-shaped housing 16 having a clearance with respect to an outside dimension of the block 12 is mounted at a connecting side of the contact 14 of the block 12, whereby the contact connecting part 22 can be positioned on the board, and enables floating of the connector 10. A fitting part 21 engaged with an insertion hole 36 of the housing 16 is preferably formed between an elastic part 20 of the contact 14 and the connection part 22. |
