PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable free setting of height position of a circuit substrate without restriction by the specified height position of a terminal electrode. SOLUTION: A terminal substrate 14 is provided in a terminal electrode allocation region of the circuit substrate 25. Even when the height position of circuit substrate 25 is set freely, the terminal electrode can be allocated to the height as specified by designing the thickness of the terminal substrate 14 so that the terminal electrode is allocated to the specified height position. Moreover, since the circuit substrate 25 is allocated, for example, along the external wall of bottom side of a cabinet 11, a wide space can be provided between the circuit substrate 25 and the external wall of the upper side of cabinet 11. Accordingly, while the specified thickness of the cabinet 11 is ensured, taller electronic components 28 may be allocated to the circuit substrate 25 in the cabinet 11.
