PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scanning line driving circuit capable of narrowing a scanning line pitch to a limit value of the output pitch or smaller without damaging the versatility of a data line driving circuit, and an electro-optical device, electronic equipment, and semiconductor device using the same. SOLUTION: The scanning line driving circuit 200 includes a scanning control signal generating circuit 210, a selection output circuit 220, and a scanning driving circuit 230. The scanning control signal generating circuit 210 includes a 1st scanning control signal generating circuit 212 for generating a 1st scanning control signal for driving a 1st group of the scanning lines, and a 2nd scanning control signal generating circuit 214 for generating a 2nd scanning control signal for driving a 2nd group of the scanning lines. The selection output circuit 220 selectively outputs either the 1st or 2nd scanning control signal as a scanning control signal based on the arrangement information inputted from a data line driving circuit 30. Based on the scanning control signal thus selectively outputted, the scanning driving 230 supplies the scanning signal for performing scan driving to each scanning line.
