PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a fixed terminal of superb junction strength in forming a fixed terminal by joining a contact material of alumina dispersion copper on a copper terminal block. SOLUTION: One face of a sheet material 11 of alumina dispersion copper is nickel-plated, and, after contact materials 3 are obtained by punching out the sheet material 11 in the size, the contact materials 3 are nickel-plated to form a nickel-plated layer 4, and the face forming the nickel-plated layer 4 and the tip face of a fixed terminal block 2 are joined by resistance heating.
