PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording medium for integrated management of data of various AV(audio visual) formats, and a device and a method for recording and reproducing data in/from the information recording medium. SOLUTION: In the optical disk in which objects such as picture or voice data are recorded, PGC information 50 for defining the order of reproduction of objects as control information and object information 80 being information related with the objects are recorded. The object information 80 is provided with general information 80a and attribute information 80b of objects and a map 80c in which the reproducing time of objects is made to correspond to the addresses of object configuration data to be reproduced on the optical disk. The PGC information 50 is provided with cell information 60, 61, and so on for designating the kinds, identification information, and reproduction blocks of objects to be reproduced. The order of the cell information 60, 61, and so on in the PGC information 50 corresponds to the order of reproduction of the objects.
