PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To most adequately regulate the image quality of a display device without the need for a user to make vexatious operations. SOLUTION: The image quality of a CRT display 2 is regulatable by a personal computer(PC) 6 of a support center 5 through a PC 3 and an Internet line 4. A user 1 sends the information on the trouble of the image quality of the CRT display 2 through the Web site of the support center 5 to the support center 5. When an operator 6 receives the information on the trouble of the image quality, the operator sends the information for regulation of the image quality of the CRT display 2 to the PC 3. The PC 3 regulates the image quality of the CRT display 2 in accordance with the information. In case the trouble of the image quality of this time fails to be ameliorated, the user 1 sends the trouble again to the support center 5 and the support center makes the regulation again.
