PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for acquiring, managing, and utilizing information on the whereabouts of an itinerant sales person or a service person, and the like constantly or as needed. SOLUTION: A member in itinerant business or a client is arranged to carry a cellular phone having GPS function for measuring the current location, the current location measurement is made by an inquiry from a management server to an arbitrary cellular phone having GPS function, and the management server acquires the position information for management. The position information on the current location is managed in a file, at the same time a map database is searched for according to the position information on the current location, and map data where the position information of the current location is linked are created for display. The position information data are utilized, thus enabling support for preparation of daily report, arrival time prediction of dispatch, input of a property address on the location, and the like.
