PURPOSE: Provided are a diagnosis kit and a diagnosis apparatus for multiplication disease of trinucleotide repeated sequence, thereby simply and accurately diagnosing a patient suffering from multiplication disease of trinucleotide repeated sequence with a small amount of a test sample. CONSTITUTION: The diagnosis kit for multiplication disease of trinucleotide repeated sequence comprises the PCR primer which amplifies a specific trinucleotide repeated sequence in DNA collected from a test sample; a PCR buffer solution and enzymes; and a transfer and separation unit which transfers and separates PCR products according to a size by capillary electrophoresis.
