PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply apparatus which does not output an abnormal output and does not cause a failure of a switching means when a power supply of a power supply apparatus is closed. SOLUTION: A second switching means Q2 is inserted between a pull-up means R1 and a power supply VDD. The constitution of the second switching means Q2 and a CPU 10 is such that, immediately after the power supply VDD is closed and in a power supply resting mode, the second switching means Q2 is turned off and, in a power supply operating mode, the second switching means Q2 is turned on. |
