PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique related to a human resources supply optimization method that selects, regarding a target project, human resources with necessary skills when required and by a necessary number of person, and also selects a human resource who can manage, in a company organization including the project, the human resource with the necessary skills, thereby smoothly performing the business development by the company organization including the early startup of the project. SOLUTION: As shown in figure 1, the human resources supply optimization method related to the embodiment 1 is briefly comprised of a retrieval engine 10, a keyboard (input means) 20, a personnel file 30, a skill file 40, a project management ability file 50, a human resources retrieval request file 60 and a human resources retrieval result storing file 70. |
