PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traffic sign and a display device which are excellent in an eye-catching characteristic and visibility by enhancing irradiation as a surface light beam without attenuating a LED point light beam having high luminance with low power. SOLUTION: The casing consists of a non-translucent material, and has a suitable shape, an area and an opening part at one side. A reflective coating film layer is formed on the bottom surface and the wall surface of the casing, or a reflection enhancing plate is joined to the upper surface of the reflective coating film layer on the bottom surface. A LED luminous body cell has a semispherical or polipyramidal light emitting part, and LEDs electrically connected at intervals of 1 cm or more. The tip part of the light emitting part is arranged so as to come into contact with the reflective coating film layer or the reflection enhancing plate on the bottom surface of the casing. A transparent resin filler is hermetically filled in the LED luminous body cell unitedly with the casing. The irradiation enhancing plate or a color light coating film layer is provided at the opening part of the casing. |
