PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a miniaturizable power source device capable of suppressing increase in cost. SOLUTION: This power source device 1 has a battery assembly body 2 and a measuring part 3. The battery assembly body 2 has a plurality of batteries 4. The battery 4 has a positive electrode 6 and a negative electrode 7. The batteries 4 are stanched by alternately reversely placing positive electrodes 6 and negative electrodes 7. The adjacent positive electrode 6 and negative electrode 7 are connected with a bus bar 22 to connect a plurality of batteries 4 in series. The measuring part 3 has an FPC 10. The FPC 10 has a conductor layer 14 and first and second insulating layers 15, 16. The FPC 10 has a positive electrode connecting part 18 at one edge part 17a and a negative electrode connecting part 19 at the other edge part 17b. The positive electrode connecting part 18 is connected to the positive electrode 6 of the battery 4 and the negative electrode connecting part 19 is connected to the negative electrode 7 of the battery 4 and the FPC 10 is fit to the battery assembly body 2.
