PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simulation apparatus for semiconductor circuit capable of generating an input pattern easily and quickly and performing a simulation efficiently. SOLUTION: A simulation performing part 16 which is inputted a digital input pattern generated from a digital pattern generating part 11, an analog input pattern generated from an analog input pattern generating part 12 and data indicating a configuration of a semiconductor circuit to be performed a simulation stored into a circuit data storage part 15 outputs a result of the simulation to a result output part 17.
