<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To repair discontinuity of a video signal line of a display device and to improve the production yield without increasing the number of manufacturing processes. SOLUTION: The display device is provided with scanning lines 1 formed on an insulating substrate, storage capacitor lines 3 which are formed in parallel with the scanning lines, video signal lines 2 which are formed to cross the lines 1 and 3 through an insulation film and pixel electrodes 6 which are surrounded by the lines 1, 3 and 2. In one pixel, a region 11, in which the lines 3 and 2 are overlapped, is provided in the region which is other than the crossing section of the lines 3 and 2.</p> |
