PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing method and an information processor capable of flexibly changing an operation performed by an agent to the information equipment of a moving destination within the range of limitation preset corresponding to the agent when the agent moves between the pieces of equipment. SOLUTION: A plurality of information processors connected to a network respectively store limitation information determined for each agent so as to limit the operation of the agent moving to the present processor to be operated. When the agent moves from a first information processor which is one of the information processors to a second information processor as the other information processor, the first information processor receives the limitation information corresponding to the agent from the second information processor, selects at least one component from a plurality of components corresponding to the second information processor on the basis of the limitation information and moves the agent holding the selected component to the second information processor.
