PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a membrane type pressure-sensitive sheet and its manufacturing method which can lower deviation in pressure sensitivity characteristics by products. SOLUTION: With the membrane type pressure-sensitive sheet 11 provided with a first board 13 forming a board circuit including contact electrodes 16a, 16b and a power source cord 17c on an elastic sheet 12, a second board 14 forming a contact electrode 22 corresponding to the contact electrodes 16a, 16b of the first board 13 with conductive ink on the elastic board 12, and a spacer 15 having a hole part 15a for making the contact electrodes of the first board 13 and the second board 14 face each other interposed between the first board 13 and the second board 14, of which, the contact electrodes come in contact with each other for conduction with either the first board 13 or the second board 14 being pressurized and deforming in bending into the hole part 15a of the spacer 15 and output given pressure-sensitive characteristics according to sizes of the contact areas, partial pressure resistance 19 is formed in the power source cord 17 of the first board 13 with the same conductive ink as the contact electrode 22 of the second board 14.
