PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display or sound a current quantity which is measured on a distribution board or an electrical quantity to which the current is converted in a house information board, based on steps corresponding to the quantity, and to allow system upgrading in future by providing compatibility with the house information board which is furnished with only a sounding function. SOLUTION: The distribution board 1 is provided with a sensor 13 to measure current consumed through a main circuit breaker 11 and/or a controller 14 to convert the measured current to an electrical quantity; and a signal sending part 23 which compares the current measured by the sensor or the electrical quantity converted by the controller with a preset current or electrical quantity, and sends the ratio with a pulse row classified in steps to an individual transmission line L1a for display and the one L1b for sounding, which comprise a transmission line connected to the house information board 4. The house information board is provided with a announcement part to display or sound the current quantity or the electrical quantity received from the transmission line in steps corresponding to the quantity.
