PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leased object managing method capable of integrally managing an object and contract contents by utilizing an electronic medium. SOLUTION: A lender prepares electronic data with the contract contents recorded by a personal computer 14 after preparing a contract document P. A handy terminal 16 is utilized to write the electronic data of the contract contents in the electronic medium 18. Then, the lender brings in the leased object with the electronic medium attached to a borrower. The borrower receives the electronic medium with the contract contents recorded and the leased object together with an office copy of the contact document. The borrower can quickly check the lender of the leased object, a term, etc., by referring to the electronic data of the electronic medium among a plurality of objects. |
