摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a specimen temperature management device for microscopic observation free of uneven heating temperature attributable to poor adhesion of copper foil electrodes for supplying power to a heat generating transparent conductive film and to irregularities in their overlapping with the transparent conductive film. SOLUTION: In the transparent conductive film 11 coated on a heating plate 7, edges located opposite to each other are removed by etching to expose sectional texture in its edge faces 11a, and a conductive paste 37 is applied by as electrodes screen printing to regions in required width W including the edge faces 11a. Since the width and thickness in whole the longitudinal direction of the electrodes are even in their overlapping with the transparent conductive film 11, there is almost no variation in electrical resistance between the electrodes and the transparent conductive film 11. Since the electrodes are in contact with the surface of the transparent conductive film 11 and with the edge faces 11a and this enlarges the area of contact to reduce electrical resistance, the transparent conductive film 11 is improved in heating variation.
