PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit information that a user desires without requiring any extra expenditures for information acquisition. SOLUTION: An information dispatching system 10 is able to have two-way radio communication with an on-vehicle information terminal 12 mounted on a moving body 14 through a plurality of Bluetooth antennas 27 installed at a plurality of radio repeating points. The information dispatching system 10 when detecting the on-vehicle information terminal 12 which can communicate by radio through one of the Bluetooth antennas 27 sends and receives information to and from the on-vehicle information 12.
