PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric apparatus which satisfactorily radiates heat generated from a power unit. SOLUTION: In the electric apparatus, a square intake hole 3 is arranged in the center part of the base of a box-type cabinet 1 and the power unit is loaded at the base of the cabinet. The power unit is stored in the box-type hermetical case 8, and a square ventilation tube 10 which is connected to the intake hole of the cabinet and passes in a vertical direction is arranged in the center of the case.
