SOLUTION: This system has a biological information registration means which previously registers biological information for identifying the individual of a human, a biological information comparing means which receives biological information inputted and sent from a terminal device and compares it with the biological information registered in the biological information registration means, and a confirmation information sending means which sends information showing whether the received biological information matches the registered biological information according to the result of the comparison made by the biological information comparing means.
