PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-direction operation switching device which can distinguish strength and weakness of pressing power of a push-button and can be miniaturized. SOLUTION: The switching device is provided with a first and a second switching elements 10, 11 and a push-button 6 arranged above the first and the second switching elements 10, 11 in free tilting movement with its center part in opposition to the center of the circle where the first and the second switching elements 10, 11 are positioned. On the inner periphery side of the first and the second switching elements 10, 11 under the push-button 6, a plurality of third switching elements 12 are arranged concentrically with the above positioned circle center as a center, and it is so structured that, when the first switching element 10 is put on, a first detection signal is outputted, then, when the third switching element 12 is put on, a second detection signal is outputted, and at same time, when the second switching element 11 is put on, a third detection signal is outputted, and consequently, when the first switching element 10 is put on, a fourth detection signal is outputted.
