PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a conventional private line is not sufficient for a high-speed large-capacity communication system where the private line connects a radio base station 2 for composing a mobile unit communication system and a mobile switcher 3. SOLUTION: One portion of an optical fiber cable in a subscriber system access system is utilized as an entrance line in a mobile communication system. Therefore, a light signal from the radio base station 2 is multiplexed with that from a subscriber system by an optical multiplexer/demultiplexer 11 for transmission, and is demultiplexed by an optical multiplexer/demultiplexer 12 for transmitting to a mobile switcher 3.
