PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems in a conventional cable guide, where since a part pinched by fingers is short and is not held easily, operatability and workability in processing a terminal are poor, and further troubles such that the cable guide is at times inserted incompletely or is inserted in a state of its upper and lower directions being in reverse, are found to be in nonconformity, and the difficulty in discriminate the troubles, when the cable guide is inserted into a plug connector. SOLUTION: In this cable guide 1 and the connector 2 with the cable guide, rear end faces 11 of both sidewall parts 10 of the cable guide 1 are formed being approximately flush with an opening face 16 of the plug connector 12, when the cable guide 1 is fitted normally to a plug connector 12 side; and further a projecting part E is formed on the rear faces 11, when the cable guide 1 is incompletely inserted into the plug connector 12, whereby misinsertion can be discriminated. |
