PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily realize a call without installing and setting software by a computer in an environment where it can be connected to the Internet and the like. SOLUTION: A system includes PC3a to 3d connected to the Internet N, fixed telephone sets 6a-1 to 3, 6b-1 to 2 and 6c-1 to 3, a main server device 1 supplying connection information for connection with the call units, a means connecting PC3a to 3d to the main server device 2 through the Internet N, a means requesting connection information to the designated call unit from the main server device 1, a means connected to the call unit based on connection information acquired from the main server device 1 and recording mediums 5a to 5d recording a telephone program for functioning as a means becoming a call state with the connected call unit. The call with the designated call unit is realized only by supplying the recording mediums 5a to 5d to PC3a to 3d connected to the Internet N.
