PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice communication terminal and a voice communication system with which the amount of data to be transmitted simultaneously with a voice can be reduced and the voice can be transmitted/received in real time. SOLUTION: The voice inputted to a voice communication terminal 1 is inputted to a control part 11 as a digital signal stream made into text data by a voice recognizing part 12. In a radio part 18, a radio wave is modulated by the digital signal stream acquired through the control part 11. Then, carrier waves modulated by using the digital signal stream are successively transmitted toward a base station by the radio part 18. In the voice communication terminal 1 with which the radio wave is received from the base station, on the other hand, the modulated radio wave is demodulated by the radio part 18, and the digital signal streams of the text data are successively outputted to the control part 11. In a voice synthesizing part 13, the digital signal streams acquired from the control part 11 are successively synthesized into voice by utilizing a voice synthesizing parameter stored in a voice synthesizing parameter storage part 14, and outputted from the voice communication terminal 1 as voice output. |
