METHOD, SYSTEM AND PROGRAM FOR MANAGING PROBLEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system to select a proper computer to solve a fault according to the contents of the fault when the fault is generated in a plurality of distributed computers in a computer system in which the plurality of computers connected by a network perform processings in cooperation. SOLUTION: When the fault is generated in a computer to be managed and event information including its fault information is allocated to operating computers, the event information is transferred to an operating computer having the largest number of points corresponding to a keyword of the fault by referring to a skill DB of a managing computer. The system is constituted so that the number of points of the operating computer having a skill for this problem becomes large by adding the number of points to the operating computer to issue an operation instruction. An electronic conference managing computer similarly and automatically selects one or a plurality of proper terminals for answerer without asking for other people's help according to the contents from a terminal for speaker also in a system using an electronic conference room.
