PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data communication terminal and the like which enable a user to automatically select and store the specified information for accessing network resources in accordance with the user's taste and also to access the network resources using the specified information. SOLUTION: A server 5 analyzes taste of a user 33 at a terminal 9 based upon hysteresis data 7d, which corresponds with software ID 71 sent from the terminal 9, and extracts a specified information 51 that meets the taste. Additionally, the server 5 sorts the specified information 51 by using category information 7b, decides a theme name 105 that the specified information 51 belongs to and an object name 109 to show the specified information 51, and sends the specified information 51, the theme name 105 and the object name 109 to the terminal 9. The terminal 9 converts the specified information 51, the theme name 105 and object name 109, which are sent from the server 5, into a setting information 11a and stores the information in a database 11.
