PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide rail type crane capable of being easily operated, having a simplified structure, reduced in size, and having a large degree of freedom in design and disposition. SOLUTION: This slide rail type crane 1 comprises a moving rail 2 moving on a fixed rail, fixed structure parts 3 and 4 at both end parts, a heavy structure part 5 having a hook 52 and a weight added thereto, a light structure part, 6 having a hook 62, a winch 7, a wire 8 extended from the winch and wound on pulleys, and a moving device 9. The heavy structure part 5 allows the upward position of the hook to be locked. Both ends of the wire 8 are wound on the winch 7. The light structure part is not provided with a locking mechanism, operated easily, and simple in structure, whereby, by winding both ends of the wire into the winch, the diameter of a winch drum can be reduced, a fleet angle can be reduced, the size of the winch can be reduced, and the degree of freedom in structure can be increased.
