HOLLOW FIBER HAVING INNER WALL INTO WHICH COMB POLYMER IS INTRODUCED,HOLLOW FIBER IMPREGNATED WITH GEL,AND FIBER ARRAY THIN SECTION

摘要

A gel−impregnated follow fiber such that a gel placed in the follow part of the follow fiber is securedly held to the inner wall of the follow fiber by introducing a comb polymer into the inner wall.Since there are no voids at the interface between the inner wall of the follow fiber and the gel,a high accuracy of analysis is achieved.When a thin section is produced by slicing a bundle of the hollow fibers,the adhesion between the gel and the inner wall is favorable.The gel hardly comes off the inner wall even during the slicing and during an operation such as hybridization.
