PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To displace a hat frame holder, etc., in the Y-axis direction along a guide member by making frictional force generated when moved to Y axis direction small. SOLUTION: A slide plate 52 integrated with a frame attaching plate 54 is displaced in the X-axis direction integrally with an X-axis belt 18 on a delivery plate 15 moved to Y-axis direction. A carrying plate 60 is installed so as to hang down through each guide roller 63 on a guide rail 55 provided on the lower surface side of the frame attaching plate 54. The carrying plate 60 is slidably supported in Y-axis direction through a slide bush 61 by a guide shaft 56 provided on a bed body 24. The guide shaft 56 is used also as a supporting shaft of a rotating roller 64. The carrying plate 60 rotatably retains a hat frame holder 68 by using three rotation rollers 64 and 66.
