SOLUTION: The collision judgment apparatus is provided with a first comparison means by which the output signal of an accelerometer used to detect a shock in the collision of a vehicle is compared with a first threshold value, a second comparison means by which the integrated value of an integration means used to integrate the output of the first comparison means inside a predetermined prescribed section while being shifted every unit time is compared with a second threshold value and a starting means which controls the start of the crew protective means on the basis of an output signal by the second comparison means.
