PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a biochemical analysis unit that forms a spot of specifically combined substance on the surface at a high density, specifically combined a substance originating from an organism which is labeled with a radioactive marker to a spot-like specifically combined substance for selective labeling, exposes a stimulable phosphor layer with the radioactive marker, photoelectrically detects photostimulated light which is radiated by applying excitation light for generating data for biochemical analysis, and prevents a noise caused by the scattering of electron rays (βrays) which are generated from the radioactive marker from being generated in data. SOLUTION: A plurality of substrates 1 that are formed by a material for attenuating radiation and forms a plurality of through holes 2 while they are separated one another, are laminated one another so that the plurality of through holes are aligned. A mixture 3 of a specifically combined substance and a porous film formation material having a porous film formation capability is injected into a plurality of through holes on the uppermost substrate in the plurality of laminated substrates, and a mixture of the specifically combined substance and the porous formation material having a porous film formation capability is injected, and the plurality of substrates are separated.
