SOLUTION: A plurality of substrates 1 that are formed by a material for attenuating radiation and forms a plurality of through holes 2 while they are separated one another, are laminated one another so that the plurality of through holes are aligned. A mixture 3 of a specifically combined substance and a porous film formation material having a porous film formation capability is injected into a plurality of through holes on the uppermost substrate in the plurality of laminated substrates, and a mixture of the specifically combined substance and the porous formation material having a porous film formation capability is injected, and the plurality of substrates are separated.
