PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink composition including a water-based ink with good handleability, slight odor and high safety, having high jetting stability and giving prints having good hue, high weatherability and high water resistance and free from print defects such as fine line bleedings, and to provide an ink-jet printing method capable of giving such high-quality prints. SOLUTION: This ink composition comprises a water-soluble yellow dye of specific structure, a water-miscible organic solvent and water, and also an antibacterial/mould-proofing agent. The other objective ink-jet printing method involves using the ink composition. |
