PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brush washing can at lower cost than ever. SOLUTION: A coiled spring having a distance between coils of about 1 cm is fixed onto the bottom plate part in the can by means of portland cement or of various kinds of plastic adhesives instead of the conventional coiled spring fixing method of the brush washing can utilizing the coiled spring by means of large number of parts. |
