PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a block panel having a surface just like a decorative paving material and being applicable to a floor surface such as a roof floor, a veranda, or a bathroom of a building. SOLUTION: This block panel is so formed that a sheet heating element 12 is disposed on a flat recessed part 11 in the upper surface of a frame body 10, which is composed of thermoplastic resin, and that a granular material 13 formed of a natural stone bonded and solidified by acrylic resin is stored thereon. |
