PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic having excellent fluorescence emitting properties and fluorescence persistence and having good stability and safety even when a fluorescent compound is formulated. SOLUTION: This cosmetic is obtained by formulating an aluminum lake pigment of an organic fluorescent dye such as an oxazinone derivative, a coumarin derivative or a distyrylbiphenyl derivative as a fluorescent substance in the cosmetic.
