PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat rotation device capable of obtaining initial and stable rotation performance without adjusting rotation performance in its assembly process to a vehicle or thereafter. SOLUTION: In this seat rotation device provided with a lower frame 11 fixed to a lower bracket B, an upper frame 12 engaged with an upper face of the lower frame 11 through a ball 14, and a subframe 13 engaged with a lower face of the lower frame 11 through a ball 15 and tightened and fixed to a seat frame C together with the upper frame 12 by a fastener (a bolt 32, a nut 34) while connected with the upper frame 12 to rotate the seat frame C for the lower bracket B, a protruding part 12e extending in the axial direction of the bolt 32 and the nut 34 is formed in a tightening and fixing section of the upper frame 12 with the seat frame C, and this protruding part 12e passes through the subframe 13 in the axial direction of the bolt 32 and the nut 34.
