PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use in the vulcanization molding of a green tire having a shape and a size similar to those of a product tire and to effectively prevent the occurence of rubber biting. SOLUTION: A pair of side molds and a plurality of tread segments 2 are provided. A segment clearance 3 under the contraction displacement of each tread segment 2 is set up to be larger than the thermal expansion portion of them, and in each segment clearance, under thermal expansion, is arranged on the inside surface of the tread segment 2. A thermal expansion member 4 closing the segment clearance 3 is fixed or fitted on the side of the outside surface of it and arranged. |
