PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a simple and non-immersion-type refrigerating device with brine which can bring a freezing object into contact with a heat transfer plate cooled by the brine, without necessitating any specific power source. SOLUTION: Inside a brine inflow tank supplied with the brine, a heat transfer tray which is floatable with the buoyancy of the brine supplied into the tank and holds the freezing object is disposed. A hollow cover body holding the freezing object between the heat transfer tray made to float up with the buoyancy of the brine and it, is provided. In the refrigerating device with the brine thus constituted, the cooled brine is circulated through the brine inflow tank and the hollow heat transfer cover body by a brine circulating system.
