PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device which can prevent tar falling over a long period only by being added with a simple part. SOLUTION: A solvent absorbent cloth 8 is arranged above a cleaning part 5, and a solvent vapor and pigment entrained by the vapor are absorbed and caught by the cloth 8 to prevent the tar falling. The cloth 8 is fed from a feed roll 9 and taken up by a take-up roll 11 so that when the cloth 8 is fouled, a new part of the cloth 8 is pulled out simply to be used.
