PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chlorinated polyolefin composition firmly bondable to a fluorine-containing polymer by vulcanization without applying a specific surface treatment to the polymer, and to provide a laminate of a layer composed of the composition and a layer composed of the fluorine-containing polymer. SOLUTION: This chlorinated polyolefin composition comprises 100 pts.wt. chlorinated polyolefin having 25-50 wt.% chlorine content, 5-40 pts.wt. acid- neutralizing agent, 0.3-15 pts.wt. onium salt, 1-5 pts.wt. mercaptotriazine compound and 0.1-5.0 pts.wt. thiuram compound and/or sulfur. This laminate is obtained by using the composition.
