PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wooden mountain control dam and its construction method preventing a calamity caused by construction work, shortening a construction period and making effective use of wood resources to protect environment by combining many kinds of standardized wooden frames at a construction site to construct the wooden soil control dam. SOLUTION: The wooden soil control dam constructed by combining the standardized wooden frames 11, 12, 13, 14 at the construction site, and its construction method are provided as basic means. As an embodiment, the standardized wooden frames 11, 12, 13, 14 of A, B, C, D types are manufactured using standardized unit members, and these frames are combined at the construction site to construct the wooden soil control dam.
