PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nylon composite combined filament yarn having a yarn form in which protruding loops or slacknesses are scarcely present and capable of affording a textile of a high-density design with an innovative loom and imparting a mild surface feeling with a soft touch, a voluminous feeling and stability to a woven or a knitted fabric by floating soft and dense latent crimps to the surface in a dyeing and finishing step after knitting and weaving. SOLUTION: This composite combined filament yarn comprises a nylon multifilament noncrimped yarn and a nylon multifilament crimped yarn and has <=5 fluffs/m fluff index at 0.3 mm height. The fluff index after hot water treatment is >=150 fluffs/m at 0.15 mm height.
