PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water supply apparatus for bath performing hot water refilling operation automatically to sustain a target hot water level in a bathtub in which the accuracy of water level is enhanced after hot water refilling operation. SOLUTION: In the hot water supply apparatus for bath performing an operation for refilling a bathtub with a preset quantity of hot water while counting the quantity of hot water by means of a filling hot water flow sensor and sustaining a target water level in the bathtub by monitoring the water level by means of a water level sensor, refilled hot water level upon completion of refilling a set quantity of hot water is accumulated for a plurality of times and divided by the number of times of accumulation thus calculating an average level of refilled hot water. It is employed as a target level of refilling hot water and compared with the current water level in the bathtub and then hot water refilling operation is performed such that the water level in the bathtub becomes equal to the average hot water refilling level.
