PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a light weight and low cost ornament in a short period of time out of a small amount of colored glass and wire material. SOLUTION: A lamp 1 as the ornament is equipped with a rectangular-prism- shaped frame 2 as a whole. On each side face of the frame 2, colored glasses 5 and supporting materials 6 are fixed so as to form the predetermined shapes. The colored glasses 5 are formed into the predetermined shapes and held through supporting materials 6 to the frame. In addition, an electric bulb 4 is provided at the center inside the frame 2. On the whole side faces of the frame 2, a light permeable sheet is pasted so as to cover the colored glasses 5 and the supporting materials 6. As a result, when the electric bulb 4 is lit, the colors of the colored glasses and the shadows of the wire materials 6 are projected by the light of the electric bulb 4 to the sheet 3.
