The control circuit has at least 2 operating stages, respectively used for operation of only the heating elements (H1,H2) for the passenger seat, or for operation of the heating elements in conjunction with fans (V1,V2) in the seat squab and backrest. The heating elements can be connected in parallel in the first operating stage and in series in the second operating stage.
